Definitions:
Free Access - Materials available for free, although US Copyright laws may still apply.
Public Domain - Materials that may be used and reproduced without special permission, but one should still properly cite and acknowledge the source.
Open Access (OA) - Materials with unrestricted access and use.
Open Education (OER) - Materials can be used, shared, adapted.
