PCCC Library Book and Media Sources

The PCCC Library has an excellent collection of books and other materials relating to death and dying  which can serve to support reading and research for SO 205.  A title search in the OPAC under "death dying" yields 34 titles.  Most are in the HQ1073 section, with others in R726.8 and BF 789.   A title search under "grief" yields 26 titles, listed under the call numbers, BF 575 and RC 455.   Books about euthanasia can be found in the R726 section and K3611.   The Library also owns a three DVD series entitled "Death: A Personal Understanding"  ( DVD 0135)

The Library owns two excellent reference books on the topic:  "The Encyclopedia of Death and Dying"  (Ref HQ 1073.C374 2005) and "The Encyclopedia of Death"  (Ref HQ 1073.E54 1989).
