The PCCC Institutional Effectiveness Process Diagram

The PCCC Institutional Effectiveness Process (IEP) Diagram (below) was developed to provide a visual illustration of the components of our complex institutional effectiveness process.  The Diagram shows some basic components (the processes) accompanied by basic linkages (the arrows).  The linkages are very important in that they provide indication of how the components connect to each other to create an integrated and ongoing cycle of planning and assessment to achieve the College mission and goals.

At PCCC, assessment is meant to be a systematic and ongoing activity, which informs the planning and resource allocation process toward the achievement of the College’s mission and goals.
