You may also visit the eFolio Online Support Center.  They are best equipped to troubleshoot account issues and can usually resolve issues within minutes. You can receive help via live chat, email, or via phone at 1-800-456-8519 during the following hours: Mon-Fri 8am-10pm; Sat-Sun 11am-4:30pm (EST).
